Blueberry Dump Cake
It's blueberry season and summer is upon us. As the school year comes to an end, your family begins to embrace slower mornings and longer evenings. So grab your crew and whip together a fun, tasty, summer dessert!
1 (18.25 oz) package of yellow cake mix
4 c fresh blueberries
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix berries, sugar, and cinnamon in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover berries with dry cake mix. Pour butter over cake mix, do not stir.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until light brown.
Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
